IATS School Application

Application for Schools Interested in Membership

To qualify for IATS membership, schools must meet the following criteria:

  1. All schools must be incorporated as a non-profit, 501 (C) (3). Must submit 501c3 documentation to the IATS office along with this form.
  2. All schools must be a complete unit as defined by the school’s mission and approved by IATS Board of Directors. A complete unit can be two consecutive grade levels in K-12 or a minimum of three higher education degree plans. Must submit enrollment numbers below.

Please provide the additional information with your application submission:

  1. History of the educational institution from conception to current status.
  2. Biographical information for each instructor.
  3. Course Catalog and Degree Plans for Higher Education.
  4. Statement of Faith and Philosophy.
