
Application for Schools Interested in Membership
To qualify for IATS membership, schools must meet the following criteria:
- All schools must be incorporated as a non-profit, 501 (C) (3). Must submit 501c3 documentation to the IATS office along with this form.
- All schools must be a complete unit as defined by the school’s mission and approved by IATS Board of Directors. A complete unit can be two consecutive grade levels in K-12 or a minimum of three higher education degree plans. Must submit enrollment numbers below.
- UPON RECEIPT OF THIS APPLICATION, WE WILL COMMUNICATE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND DOCUMENTATION TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS.
